Daily responsibilities will include:
Drafting of electric motor components, to include sub- and final-assembly drawings;
Assisting incoming inspection with measurement of critical dimensions;
Assisting final inspection with First Article Inspection Reports;
Responsible for configuration control of all drawings, processes and build sheets, to include associated ECOs/ECNs;
Interfacing with both customers and vendors as required;
Candidate must be willing to work in a highly collaborative environment and posses a high degree of mechanical drafting aptitude.

5 years minimum design work experience.
Working knowledge and experience in SolidWorks, DraftSight, AutoCad.
Familiarity with aerospace standards for materials and finishes.
Familiarity with designs with high-precision ball bearings.
Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9102 quality requirements.
Ability to learn new techniques to deliver work quickly and accurately.
Previous experience in electric motor design preferred but not necessary.
